Caesar was born in Dublin, Ireland, in the year 1980 and was raised only by his father due to his mother dying from complications in giving birth. During his early childhood — specifically, up until the beginning of his teenage years — he received formal education via public education. Once he reached the age of fourteen, school became a secondary priority so that he could assist his father in his work of carpentry.
Over the few years Caesar assisted his father, he did little in the actual carpentry work. Caesar, more often than not, was given the job of moving items in and out of the house; this, when in others’ houses, gave him the opportunity to see some things that he probably shouldn’t have, such as when he found a pendant in of pendant in the attic of a house in Ballybay, and was taken by a True Fae from it.
Caesar never saw the entirety of his Keeper’s demesne. Once out of the storage building, in which he was detained, lifted into some kind of void for what felt like an eternity of time, Caesar did see that there were several other buildings like it, and an impossibly massive mansion, which kept many guests.
One random day, for a reason that Caesar is still unsure of, his experience in the void ended, and he managed to escape from the building. During his escape, he was assisted by another woman there by the name of Penelope, whom, once reaching the entry to the Hedge, was prevented her freedom due to an explosion. Caesar believes she is still alive and hopes to eventually bring her back to freedom.
Caesar was seventeen when he was abducted in the year 1997, and did not seem to age during his time within Arcadia.
Since his return to the normal world, Caesar was taken in by a freehold in Aachen, Germany, where he keeps mainly to himself. In this new, futuristic world, Caesar is single-mindedly driven to learn as much as he can to make up for this near-fifteen year gap. Already, he has gotten a general sense of the history since then; now, he intends to learn all the rest he can.
Caesar, now going by the nickname given to him in his school days — “Blueberry”, or “Blue” for short — is relatively reserved and will generally fail to start a conversation, but has no problem being in one. He lived in peace, and, from such, never learned to fight. He isn’t the strongest kid around, his strength comes from his intelligence. He is sharp-tongued, and, unless the situation calls for less, will generally be serious.
The Mask shows Caesar rather similar to how he appeared before his abduction. He stands short and thin, shorter now than he was before. He stands just over five feet (roughly 1.5 meters). His wavy, short hair is coloured a light-brown, and is generally kept unruly. His eyes are coloured grey. Despite being a teenager, he has no blemishes nor scars visible. When dressed, Caesar opts for dark, rather unexciting colours (usually monochromatic, but not always). He doesn’t dress extravagantly, usually nothing more than jeans, a shirt, and a hoodie if he could get his hands on one. The manacles left from his escape took a different form: around his neck, a single, unremoveable choker necklace, made from a material that appears like sterling silver with a particular sigil on its front.
Under the Mask, Caesar stands around the same, short height he has. His skin shows as a lifeless-grey, as though he had lived in that void his entire life. Caesar appears skinnier than he does within his Mask; bones appear incredibly prominent, as though his entire body consists solely of bone and skin. His hair appears as a dark black, and in significantly longer, as though it hadn’t been cut since his time in Arcadia. Around his arms, legs, and waist are ornate, silver manacles.
