Rites of the Spring Horn
Aachen, Germany is a town known for its natural spas in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Aachen was a favored residence of Charlemagne, and later the place of coronation of the German emperors. The site has been occupied since at least the Neolithic times. The Romans founded a city here in 124 A.D. due to the hot sulphur springs named after the god Grannus.
